The residential programs of Lynch Services, Inc. offer licensed Community Living Arrangements for individuals with intellectual disabilities in safe, inviting single homes located throughout Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware Counties.

At Lynch Services community homes, families are assured that their loved ones will never want for a needed resource.

Parents and family members are welcome to visit residents at any time, day or night, without advance notice.

Lynch Services’ community homes offer families the comfort and security of knowing that the unique challenges their loved ones face are being met in a warm, caring, home-like setting. Individually planned programs assist each resident in achieving the basic skills of daily living. Not only are residents’ medical, dental, and health requirements accommodated, but also all specialized nutritional needs, including diet and feeding procedures, are addressed. Specialized therapies and education programs also are provided. In addition, social and recreational activities are available both in and outside the home.
