Lynch Services does much more than meet basic needs. All programs and facilities are licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare, and all take as their goal to increase the quality of life and promote the personal needs of each individual. Among the quality, person-centered services and supports -- available to children through senior adults with severe or profound delays and/or physical impairments -- are:
